Ingredients
  Fresh shrimps 500 Gram (Small Size)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 2 Tablespoon, dry roasted and coarsely pounded
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Navsari Type)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sesame seed oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 4 Large, chopped
  Green chilies 10 , seeded and chopped
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ginger piece 1 Inch, chopped
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), chopped
Directions

Wash shrimps well and remove all other small fish that may be mixed with it.
Drain and dry.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till brown.
Add ginger, garlic, turmeric and chilli powder, cumin seeds, coriander and green chillies.
Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimps and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
Simmer for 4-6 minutes till liquid is almost dried.
Serve hot with rotli or hot toast.
This dish can be served at room temperature.
