Indian Spinach Tikkas
|Chopped spinach||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Potato||1 , baked and peeled|
|Green chilies||2 , grated|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Chopped cilantro||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted, chopped|
Take a large mixing bowl add in the chopped spinach. Grate in the baled potato and the green chillies. Add the juice of a lemon and the cilantro. Add sugar and salt to taste. Mix well with your hands into a nice dough. Add the almonds and mix. Take a handful of the dough. Give it the desired shape. Put on a hot skillet. Drizzle 2-3 drops of oil on each of the tikkas. When done, serve with tomato ketchup.
