Punjabi Rajma Masala

Ingredients
  Rajma 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Soak over night and pressure cooker till 5 whistle and take it out)
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Haldi 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Jeera powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon (Dhaniya powder)
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (For Seasoning)
  Jeera seeds 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Bay leaves 4 (For Seasoning)
  Hing 1 Pinch (For Seasoning)
Directions

In a pan add Oil when it is hot add cumin seeds.
When it splutter,add bay leaves,chopped ginger and garlic,onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
Then add haldi,jeera pd,red chilli pd,dhainya pd,tomato and fry till oil seprates and tomato become mashy.
Now add cooked rajma,salt,water,garam masala and cook till gravy becomes thick.
Then add chopped coriander and ready to serve with Rice and Chapati
