|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs), rinsed and picked over|
|Water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Yellow raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Saute" cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, and almonds in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until almonds are golden.
Stir in rice and fry about 3 minutes.
Add water and raisins and stir; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer on low until done (about 45 to 50 minutes).
Stir in salt to taste and serve.
