Ingredients
For poories
  Refined flour 225 Gram
  Water 1 Tablespoon (To Mix)
  Salt 1 Pinch
For bhel
  Puffed rice 115 Gram
  Fried split bengal gram 115 Gram
  Fried sev 115 Gram
  Fried split green gram 115 Gram
  Chopped onions 455 Gram
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
For soaking and grinding together
  Dates 455 Gram
  Tamarind 115 Gram
  Green chilies 5 Gram
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Mint leaves 3
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Roasted split bengal gram 30 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric 1 Pinch
  Chili powder 30 Gram
  Coriander seeds 15 Gram
  Garlic 30 Gram
  Coconut 115 Gram
  Peppercorns 8
Directions

1. Make a stiff dough. Divide into small balls and roll into thin poories. Dry in the shade. Fry in deep fat till light brown.
Service
Mix crushed poories, puffed rice, split Bengal gram, sev and fried green gram. Put about 30 gm. of the mixture in a plate. Add chopped onions, chutney, chopped mango and coriander.
