Tomato Curry With Kasuri Methi And Peas

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Large
  Onion 1
  Kasoori methi 2 Tablespoon
  Green peas 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon (Dhaniya)
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1 Pinch
  Coriander stalks 2 (cilantro stalks)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Chop onions and tomatoes very finely
In a kadai or sauce pan heat oil and add onions
Add green peas and fry
Saute onions till golden brown
Optional: You can add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry for 10 sec
Add powders and tomatoes.
When oil starts to seperate add kasuri methi leaves
Add milk and cook until the gravy becomes creamy
Adjust salt and spice to taste.
Garnish with chopped coriander/cilantro
