King Prawn Korma

Ingredients
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 6 Fluid Ounce (175 Milliliter)
  Ground almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Corn oil 4 Tablespoon
  Frozen cooked king prawns 15 , defrosted and peeled
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 Small, cored, deseeded and thinly sliced
  Single cream 5 Fluid Ounce (125-150 Milliliter)
  Coriander sprig 1 (To Garnish)
Directions

1. In a bowl, mix together the tomato puree, coconut milk, ground almonds, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, ground cardamom and garam masala.
2. Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan, pour in the coconut mixture and stir-fry over a medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the king prawns and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add the fresh coriander, green pepper and cream and bring to the boil. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a sprig of coriander.
