Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Okras 1⁄2 Kilogram, sliced finely and deep fried till crisp but green (Bhindi)
  Onions 3 , finely sliced
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Inch, ground
  Garlic pod 1⁄2 , ground
  Turmeric powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee/100 grams butter with 2 tsp oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Green chilies 3 , chopped
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Heat fat in a frying pan large enough to hold eggs and vegetable mixture and fry onions till light brown.
Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric and chilli powder.
Mix well and add tomatoes, coriander and salt.
Simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add okras and mix well.
Spread mixture evenly in pan, make depressions in it, break eggs in depressions and sprinkle with salt.
Cover pan with an inverted lid, lower heat and pour some water on lid and cook till eggs are set.
