Chana Dal Vada

Ingredients
  Channa dal 1 Cup (16 tbs), soak any time for one hour
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Curry leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Dill leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 200 Milliliter (For frying)
  Red chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice flour 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Soak the chana dal for one hour
Grind Channa Dal coarsely without adding water.
Now transfer to a bowl and add chopped onions, green chillies or redchillie pd, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves ,coriander leaves,dill leaves, salt,rice flour .
Mix all the ingredients well.
Heat a deep frying pan with sufficient oil .
Make a round shape with your hands running through the edges.
Drop the vada into the oil. Deep fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown. The whole recipe will take about 20 minutes.
Tranfer them to a plate with a kitchen paper
Serve with Coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
