Curried Haddock Salad

Ingredients
  Curry powder 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Dessertspoon)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Apple 1 Small
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Cooked haddock 1 Pound (Use Fresh Ones)
  Lettuce 1
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Tomato slices 4 (For Garnish)
  Cucumber slices/Gherkins 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Mix together curry powder and finely chopped onion.
Fry in butter until soft.
Put onion, curry powder and chopped apple into mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Flake fish.
Arrange on lettuce leaves and pour over curried mayonnaise sauce.
Garnish with watercress, sliced tomatoes and gherkins or cucumber.
