Ingredients
  Okra 500 Gram
  Coriander   , chopped (for garnish)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wipe okra with wet tea towel, cut in 1/2 cm pieces.
2. Heat oil in non-stick fry-pan, add cumin, as seeds change colour, add onion, saute till brown.
3. Add rest of the ingredients except okra, stir on high for 1 min.
4. Add okra, stir on high for 1 min., cover, cook on low till vegetable is just tender.
5. Adjust salt, chilli to taste. Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander.
