Ingredients
  Prawns 300 Gram, shelled, cleaned and deveined
  Okras 400 Gram, cut into 3 pieces
  Onions 4 , chopped
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Extracted From 1 Large Coconut)
  Tamarind 1 Tablespoon (The Size Of A Walnut)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Navsari Type)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Rice flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 100 Gram
  Green chilies 7 (For Grinding)
  Garlic pods 2 (For Grinding)
  Cumin powder 4 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
Directions

Rub prawns with rice flour, salt and lime juice.
Wash well.
Heat- fat in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add ground spices and turmeric and fry for one minute.
Add okras, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add coconut milk and simmer for a further 3-4 minutes.
Strain tamarind juice into pan, add sugar and salt and remove from fire.
Serve hot with rotlis, rice or khichdi.
