Cucumber and Mint Lassi

|Cucumber||200 Gram (7 oz)|
|Natural bio yogurt||250 Gram, chopped (8 oz)|
|Mint||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Remove and discard the cucumber seeds.
Place the flesh in a blender with the yogurt, mint and salt, if using, and process until smooth.
Pour into a glass, add a couple of ice cubes and decorate with mint, if liked.
