Cucumber And Mint Lassi

Ingredients
  Cucumber 200 Gram (7 oz)
  Natural bio yogurt 250 Gram, chopped (8 oz)
  Mint 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Remove and discard the cucumber seeds.
Place the flesh in a blender with the yogurt, mint and salt, if using, and process until smooth.
Pour into a glass, add a couple of ice cubes and decorate with mint, if liked.
