Toasted Sandwiches With Vegetable Samosa Filling

Ingredients
  Potato 1 , finely diced to 5 to 10 milliliter cubes
  Carrot 1 , finely diced to 5 to 10 milliliter cubes
  Crushed garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Roasted garam masala/Use your own spices according to taste 10 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Vegetable stock 100 Milliliter
Directions

Heat extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic mix in the spices and fry until soft. Add the vegetables, seasoning and stir well until coated.
