A quick and easy recipe. A great way to use left-over rice.
Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Condensed milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (elaichi)
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Method
1.Mix together the rice, milk and condensed milk in a broad non-stick pan and simmer on a flame, stirring continuously, for about 10 minutes.
2.Add the sugar, cardamom powder and ghee and mix well till the sugar has dissolved.
3.Serve hot.
Tips:: The rice should be over cooked to get a more creamy texture for the kheer.
VARIATION : :RICE KHEER (SUGAR FREE)
Use 4 to 6 sachets of artificial sweetner, instead of the sugar.
