Ingredients
  Potatoes 225 Gram
  Brinjals 115 Gram
  Red pumpkin 115 Gram
  Peas 115 Gram
  Green chilies 10 Gram
  Onion seeds 5 Gram
  Mustard seeds 5 Gram
  Cumin 5 Gram
  Fenugreek 5 Gram
  Fennel 5 Gram
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 15 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Red chili 1
Directions

1. Peel and cut potatoes and pumpkin into 2.5 cm. (1") cubes. Cut brinjals into even-sized pieces. Shell peas.
2. Heat fat. Fry red chillies broken into small pieces, and slit green chillies, mixed spices and curry leaves. Add vegetables and saute.
3. Add sugar, salt and enough water to cook vegetables. Cover.
4. Let it simmer till vege-tables are tender and water is absorbed.
