South Indian Pizza

Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dehusked black gram 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Soak rice and dal separately for 5-6 hours.
Grind them separately to a fine paste.
Mix together with salt and put at a warm place for 7-8 hours.
Mix about 1/2 cup of water and beat well.
It should be of a medium consistency batter.
Heat a non-stick frying pan.
Put 1/2 tsp of oil and half of the batter.
Spread the mixture evenly to make a 20 cm diameter base.
Cook on lower side only for 2-3 minutes till firm.
Smear butter on the warm base and then tomato puree.
Spread the vegetables evenly on the base.
Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.
Put grated cheese at the top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot.
