Ingredients
  Potatoes 8 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Drumsticks 10 , cut into 3 inch pieces
  Onions 2 Medium, finely sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Green chilies 5 , slit
  Dried red chilies 5
  Ginger 2 1⁄2 Inch, ground
  Garlic pod 1 Large, ground
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 3 Teaspoon
  Whole cinnamon 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Whole cardamom 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Extracted From One Coconut)
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee/Oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat fat in a pan and fry onions with whole spices till onions are light brown.
Add half a cup water and simmer till onions are mushy and water has evaporated.
Add ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin powder and salt and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes if used and continue to saute.
Add chillies and potatoes and cook on low heat till three-quarters done.
Add drumsticks and coconut milk and simmer till vegetables are done and gravy is thick.
