Stir Fried Baby Onions With Paneer

  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Garam masala 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Baby onions 15 , peeled and left whole
  Panir 8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes (250 Grams)
  Sweetcorn kernels 6 Ounce (175 Grams)
  Peas 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Green chilies 6
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Cherry tomatoes 12
  Lime 1 , sliced

Heat the corn oil and butter in a heavy-based saucepan.
Turn the heat off so that the oil is cooled a little.
While the oil is cooling, mix all the spices with the tomato puree and pour the mixture into the oil and butter.
Turn the heat up to medium, add the whole onions and panir cubes and fry for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Gradually add the sweetcorn and peas.
Continuing to stir-fry, add the whole green chillies, freshly chopped coriander and whole cherry tomatoes.
Cover the pan and cook for about 3 minutes before serving, garnished with the lime slices.
