Fried Ladies Fingers

Ingredients
  Ladyfingers 10 (Okra)
  Red chilies 5
  Peppercorns 10
  Garlic flake 1
  Red onions 2
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1 2⁄3 Tablespoon (2 Dessertspoon)
Directions

1. Wipe ladies fingers with a wet cloth.
2. Cut into 2.5cm (1") lengths.
3. Grind together all spices.
4. Heat 1 dsp. oil. Fry ladies fingers.
5. Add ground spices and salt. Mix well.
6. Add just enough water to cook dry. Remove and fry in remaining oil.
