Sambar

Ingredients
  Fenugreek seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Grated coconut 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 30 Milliliter
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Dry red chillies 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Toor dal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe tomato 1
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Sambar powder 2 Teaspoon
  Tamarind pulp/Tamarind paste 1 Teaspoon
  Hing 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Drumsticks 1
  Jaggery 1 Small (lemon size)
  Dhania seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Dry red chillies 3
  Raw rice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated coconut 2 Teaspoon
  Elaichi 1
  Cinnamon stick 1 Small
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

Pressure Cook dal, Tomato, Onion Pieces, Turmeric, Hing, Sambar Powder.
In a Kadai,heat oil temper with Mustard seeds, Curry leaves. Add Drumstick and fry for a minute.
Pour 1/4 glass of water and cook till the Drumstick is cooked.
Now add Tamarind pulp or paste, Grinded Paste, Cooked dal and Jaggery.
5. Boil till it gives good aroma.
6. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.

Enjoy this delicious Sambar Hot with Idlis, Vada And Rice.
