Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Bowl, Left Over Rice)
  Besan 2 Tablespoon (Gram Flour)
  Wheat flour 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1 Teaspoon, cut into small pieces
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, chopped into small pieces
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon (If U Want It More Spicy)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (To Fry)
  Garam masala 2 Teaspoon
  Amchur 1 Teaspoon (Dry Mango Powder)
Directions

Mix all the above ingredients together to form a thick batter
Roll it into a vada shaped tikki
Deep fry in oil till brown on both sides
Serve it hot with tomato sauce/ketchup or coriander chutney
