Ingredients
  Brinjal 350 Gram
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Green chilli 1 , chopped
  Dhania powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Corriander leaves 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

1.Place brinjal in a microproof flat dish. microwave for five mins. let it cool down . cut into halves and scoop out the pulp . mash the pulp and keep aside
2.In the same dish ,put oil , onions, ginger , green chilli , dhania powder , garam masala , chilli powder and microwave for 7 mins.
3.add brinjal pulp and cook on (micro+grill) mode for 10 mins.
4.add chpppedtomato and tomato puree and 1 tsp salt . mix well . mcrowave for 6 minutes .
5.garnish it with chopped coriander leaves . serve hot.
