Gajar Ka Halwa

Ingredients
  Gajar 500 Gram, grated
  Milk 200 Milliliter
  Desi ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Almonds 10
  Raisins 10
  Strands of kesar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Khoya 100 Gram, grated
  Green cardamon 2
Directions

1.boil the milk adding cardmon and kesar
2.after the milk boils add gajar
3.keep it stirring for few minutes
4.then add sugar and stir
5.next add ghee and mix well
6.keep it on the flame til the halwa dries
7.serve hot or cold decorated with nuts
