Ingredients
  Chicken 2
  Chopped chili 10 Gram
  Chopped garlic 15 Gram
  Besan 100 Gram
  Butter 150 Gram
  Beaten curd 200 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Ginger garlic paste 10 Gram
  Garam masala 2 Gram (Including Aniseed, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Mace)
Directions

1. Saute garlic in butter, add besan and saute till cooked without discolouring.
2. Cool mixture and add to the beaten curds with salt and ginger-garlic paste and garam masala.
3. Cut chicken into tikkas and marinade in the mixture.
4. Put the chicken tikkas on the seekhs (tandoori rods) and cook in the tandoor.
5. Garnish with lemon juice.
