Ingredients
For 4 servings
  Pork 500 Gram
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 225 Gram
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Ginger 10 Gram
  Red chilies 5 Gram, remove seeds and soak in vinegar
  Vinegar 1 Fluid Ounce, for soaking red chilies
  Cinnamon 5 Gram
  Peppercorns 5 Gram
  Vinegar 100 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 450 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 30 Milliliter
Directions

1. Clean and cut meat and wash in diluted vinegar.
2. Grind spices to a fine paste using vinegar.
3. Rub meat with ground spices and salt, and keep for a few hours.
4. Heat oil. Add curry leaves. When browned add meat and vinegar.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer till meat is tender and tomatoes well mashed up.
