Angoor Aur Akhrot Raita
|Plain low fat yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seedless grapes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cut in half|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Hot chili powder||1 Pinch (For Garnish)|
Beat the yogurt, spices, sugar, and salt in a bowl with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add the grapes and walnuts, saving 1 teaspoon of walnuts to garnish.
Mix well, then sprinkle with a pinch of chili powder and the remaining walnuts.
