Ingredients
  Basmati rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dill leaves 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely chopped
  Onions 2
  Tomatoes 3
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Green chillies 8
  Bay leaf 2
  Clove 4
  Cinnamon stick 4
  Whole cardamom 1
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash basmati rice and soak in water and drain it and keep aside.Cut tomatoes into big pieces and grind it along with ginger, garlic and green chillies with little water. Heat Ghee and Oil in a Cooker, add cloves cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamom fry for a minute.Add the sliced onions and saute till they turn Golden Brown.Now add peas and dill leaves, fry till 2 to 3 mins .Then add grounded paste and fry for 5 mins,Add drained rice,4 cups of water and salt and bring it boil.when bubbles starts to come taste wheather salt is ok for u.then covered with lid .when 1 whistle comes take it out and let it becomes cool.And serve with raita.
