Masale Wali Chai

Ingredients
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Cardamom 4 , cracked
  Whole cloves 6
  Cinnamon stick 1⁄4 Inch
  Tea leaves 2 Teaspoon (Unflavored)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or To Taste)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed
  Mint sprigs 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the whole spices and lower the heat.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add the tea leaves and sugar, and cover again.
Let the mixture stand for another 5 minutes.
Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Strain into a jug, discard the spices and tea leaves, and let cool.
Add the lemon juice and crushed ice, and refrigerate until required.
Serve in chilled glasses garnished with sprigs of fresh mint.
