Asian Sweet And Sour Lamb
|Lamb breast||1 , boned, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce|
|Arrowroot||2 Tablespoon (Mixed With A Little Cold Water)|
Fry the lamb gently for 3-4 minutes.
Place in a casserole, combine the other ingredients, except the arrowroot, and pour over lamb.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven for 2 hours until tender.
When cooked, skim off fat and thicken sauce with arrowroot.
Taste and adjust the seasoning and serve with fried rice.
