Methi Ki Roti
|Whole-wheat flour||100 Gram|
|Bengal gram flour||50 Gram|
|Fenugreek leaves||50 Gram|
|Coriander leaves||15 Gram|
1. Sieve flour and gram flour together. Add chopped coriander and fenugreek leaves. Add salt, a pinch of turmeric and 15 gm of fat.
2. Prepare a soft dough using water. Roll into a thin chapati. Apply fat. Make into a ball.
3. Roll it again into a chapati. Bake both sides on a hot griddle.
4. Apply fat. Fry for a few minutes and remove.
