Ingredients
  Raw rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Moong dal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
For sauteeing
  Oil 3 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Use as needed)
  Whole black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cashewnuts 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook Rice and dhal together in Pressure cooker by adding little salt and 4 cups of water atleast for 4 whistles.Heat 3 tsp kadai and pour oil. Saute curry leaves,pepper,jeera & ginger and add to cooked rice,Fry the cashewnuts in 1 tsp of ghee and add to rice,Serve with Coconut chutney.
