|Moong dal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Curry leaves||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Use as needed)|
|Whole black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cashewnuts||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Cook Rice and dhal together in Pressure cooker by adding little salt and 4 cups of water atleast for 4 whistles.Heat 3 tsp kadai and pour oil. Saute curry leaves,pepper,jeera & ginger and add to cooked rice,Fry the cashewnuts in 1 tsp of ghee and add to rice,Serve with Coconut chutney.
