soak idly rice or any rice with one handfull of methi seeds morning and grind both as normal dose batter. pour to a bowl add salt mix it nicely and switch on gas keep pan on it.when it is heated take one saute of dose batter pour on pan put oil on it close the lid.leave it for 5mins,fry both sides.and serve with peanuts chutney in a hot.
for methi seeds dose no need to fermentation.u can soak morning grind it evening and prepare at a time.
