|Spinach||1 Bunch (100 gm) (palak)|
|Coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Thyme seeds||1 Teaspoon (ajwain)|
Wash and cook spinach in water.
Grind it along with grated coconut , green chillies and garlic.
Pour it in a skillet and heat till it starts boiling.
Add salt and chilli powder as desired.
Also add water to make it semi-liquid paste.
Boil for few minutes. Prepare seasoning, pour it over the prepared gravy.
Serve hot with chapathis, parathas or plane rice
