Low Fat Natural Yogurt Potato Raita

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 2 Medium, boiled, peeled
  Low fat natural yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat oil in small pan, add mustard seeds, as they pop, add turmeric, remove from heat, allow to cool. Cut potato in small pieces.
2. Mix yoghurt, almonds, salt, sugar and cooled mustard seeds, add potato. Stir.
3. Chill in refrigerator.
