Curried Turkey With Noodles

Ingredients
  Medium egg noodles 8 Ounce, uncooked (4 1/2 Cups)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon cubes 3
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Light Meat)
  Grated carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, saute celery and onion with curry powder in butter in 2-quart saucepan until onion is tender, but not brown.
Stir in flour and bouillon cubes.
Gradually add water; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in garlic salt, lemon juice, turkey and carrots.
Serve over noodles.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
