Garam Masala Powder is an important ingredient in all Indian curries. Make your own masala at home and see how it adds a whole lot to the taste and flavor of your dish. Here is my combination of spices for an authentic and wonderful powder that you could make at home.
Ingredients
  Peppercorns 20 Gram
  Cloves 10 Gram
  Cinnamon 20 Gram
  Brown cardamoms 15 Gram (peeled)
  Caraway seeds/Cumin seeds 10 Gram
Directions

Know take pan of the heat and let the spices cool.
Know grind the spices to a fine powder.
