Garam Masala Powder - North Indian Style
|Brown cardamoms||15 Gram (peeled)|
|Caraway seeds/Cumin seeds||10 Gram|
Place spices in a small, heavy pan on medium heat. Stir continuously untill the spices darken by a few shades and give out their distinct aromas.
Know take pan of the heat and let the spices cool.
Know grind the spices to a fine powder.
Store the powder in airtight container to lock the aroma of the powder.
