I like this healthy palak bhaaji recipe. This recipe will help you in living longer. Palak Bhaaji is an Indian vegetable dish mostly eaten during lunch. It goes well with plain rice, but it can also be eaten with roti. Cook,share and enjoy this palak bhaaji recipe.
  Palak 5 Bunch (500 gm) (spinach)
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Garlic 60 Clove (300 gm), finely chopped
  Oil 100 Gram
  Onions 200 Gram, chopped
  Red chillies 10
  Chilli powder 10 Gram
  Turmeric 5 Gram
  Salt To Taste

Point 1- Clean the spinach and chop them finely set aside.
Point 2- Heat oil in a pan and fry the red chillies,chopped onoins and chopped garlic until golden in colour.
Point 3 -Then add chili powder,turmeric asafoetida and fry for few more minutes.
Point 4 - Now add, chopped spinach and fry for few more minutes.
Point 5-Add salt ,cover the pan and cook until the spinach gets tender.
served hot with chapaties.
