Would you like to try Mushroom Curry at home? This recipe is just the way it is prepared in Indian homes.Mushroom Curry is a very delicious Indian curry . It is included as a main dish in Indian lunch and dinner menu . It goes well with pulao , but it can also be eaten with plain rice or nan . Cook, share and enjoy this Mushroom Curry recipe.
Ingredients
  Onion 2 Medium, minced
  Garlic 5
  Green chilies 4
  Ginger 2 Inch
  Tomato 2 Large
  Soaked cashewnuts 10
  Cinnamon 2 Inch
  Cloves 3
  Cardamoms 3
  Mushroom 300 Gram
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Point 1- Grind each separately ginger,tomato and cashew nuts.Fry cinnamon,cloves,cardamoms and make powder.
point 2- Heat oil, add ground onoin mix and fry it until its brown.When oil separates add tomatoes.
Point 3- When oil leaves tomatoes,add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, ground masala and ground cashew nuts.
Point 4- Add mushroom and salt . reduce flame and cook for 10-15 minutes (until water leaves).,if required add little water to cook.
point 5- Garnish with mint leaves,coriander leaves,fresh cream , cashew,kiss miss.
