Sausage & Mushroom Rice Bake
|Cooked sausage link||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mushroom flavored rice and sauce mix||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Brown sausage conventionally as directed on package.
Cut each sausage link into 3 pieces.
In 2-quart casserole, combine rice and sauce mix, water and broccoli.
Microwave at High for 14 to 18 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring 2 or 3 times to break apart broccoli.
Stir in sausage pieces and mushrooms.
Microwave at High for 1 minute.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
