Ingredients
  Potatoes 250 Gram
  Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs), beaten
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Green chilies 2
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Point 1- Boil the potatoes,peel the skin and cut into halves.

Point 2- Mix ginger,garlic,green chilies and grind to a fine paste.

Point 3- Mix the potato pices with the green chili paste,curd,chili powder,turmeric powder and salt.Keep the mixture aside for 30 minutes or more.

Point 4- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the potatoes till golden brown in colour.
