|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Condensed milk||250 Milliliter|
|Keasr powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Kesar powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped blanched almonds||15|
Point 1. mix together condensed milk, milk, maida and khoya. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Point 2. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes , stirring constantly.
point 3. Remove from fire and cool.
Point 4. Add almonds and kesar dissolved in 1 tsp of water.
Point 5. fill into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
