Spinach Paneer

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Package)
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground chilies/Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fried paneer cubes/Fried ricotta cheese cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except the Fried Paneer or Ricotta Cheese Cubes in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for easy handling.
In a blender or food processor, process spinach mixture until smooth. Return to saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until excess water evaporates. Stir occasionally.
Add Fried Paneer or Fried Ricotta Cheese cubes. Stir gently and cook 5 more minutes.
