|Frozen chopped spinach||20 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Package)|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, chopped|
|Ground chilies/Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fried paneer cubes/Fried ricotta cheese cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except the Fried Paneer or Ricotta Cheese Cubes in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for easy handling.
In a blender or food processor, process spinach mixture until smooth. Return to saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until excess water evaporates. Stir occasionally.
Add Fried Paneer or Fried Ricotta Cheese cubes. Stir gently and cook 5 more minutes.
