Ingredients
  Low fat natural yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Continental Variety With Skin)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh mint 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in liquidiser. Chill. Serve cold.
