|Bisquick||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Carnation powder||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cardamom seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Rose water||10 Drop|
|Yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Point1-Heat butter and pour in a bowl. Add bisquick, carnation powder and yogurt and blend together. Knead well adding milk if necessary. Make a smooth ball, cover and let rest for around 45 minutes. Make 25 small balls.
Point2-Heat the water, add sugar, and bring to boil, add cardamom seeds and simmer.
Point3-Boil, then simmer to reduce the water by half. Heat the oil until hot and fry the balls to a golden brown or until they are dark brown, almost black.
Point4-Soak in sugar syrup for a few hours until they double in size
Serve hot or cold
