Gulab Jamun is the most popular Indian sweet. It is extensively used during Diwali ,and other festivals. It not only sweetens your mood but also brings good luck to you. It makes your celebration more delicious . Try and enjoy this Gulab Jamun recipe.
  Bisquick 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carnation powder 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cardamom seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 8 Tablespoon
  Rose water 10 Drop
  Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 30 Milliliter

Point1-Heat butter and pour in a bowl. Add bisquick, carnation powder and yogurt and blend together. Knead well adding milk if necessary. Make a smooth ball, cover and let rest for around 45 minutes. Make 25 small balls.
Point2-Heat the water, add sugar, and bring to boil, add cardamom seeds and simmer.
Point3-Boil, then simmer to reduce the water by half. Heat the oil until hot and fry the balls to a golden brown or until they are dark brown, almost black.
Point4-Soak in sugar syrup for a few hours until they double in size
Serve hot or cold
