Panna Cotta

An easy Italian dessert, the Panna Cotta is absolutely delicious. Tickle your taste buds with this refreshing dessert. It is all about the genuine Italian flavor. So do not procrastinate, try this Panna Cotta recipe.
Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄2 Ounce
  Heavy cream 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Stage1-Pour milk into a small bowl, and stir in the gelatin powder. Set aside.

Stage2- In a large saucepan, stir together the heavy cream and sugar, and set over medium heat.

Stage3-Bring to a full boil, as the cream will quickly rise to the top of the pan.

Stage4-Pour the gelatin and milk into the cream, stirring until completely dissolved.

Stage5-Cook for two minutes, stirring constantly.

Stage6-Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla and pour into six individual ramekin dishes.

Stage7-Cool the ramekins uncovered at room temperature.

Stage8-When cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 220 minutes, but preferably overnight before serving.

what is the (red/pink) sauce over it called?

Sounds great and I can't wait to try it. However, you need to review your measurements. I was always taught that 16 Tablespoons equals 1 cup (liquid, anyway)...
