  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Jeera)
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch (Hing)
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, finely sliced
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
