Fried Idli

Ingredients
  Idlis 10
  Maida 4 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 4 Tablespoon
  Saffron 1 Pinch
  Onion 1 Large
  Tomato 2 Large
  Cooking oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Coriander leaves 4
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Directions

cut idlis into squares...
make a thick paste of maida 4tbs+corn flour 4 tbs+saffron one pinch+chilli powder half tsp.
dip the square peices of idlis into the paste and deep fry it in cooking oil.
In an pan heat about 3 tbs of oil fry 1 onion and 2 tomatoes... grind them into paste.
in another pan heat about 4 tbs of oil add tomato onoin pate with liitle giner garlic paste and add chilli powder od 1 tsp and allow it to become a paste ..
the oil will come out of the paste at this point add salt according to taste and mix the fried idlis in tht paste...
garnish with coriander leaves..
