This is a really simple, spicy snack that is quick and easy, and makes you feel satisfied without eating a lot of calories.
|Boiled potatoes||4 Medium, peeled and cut into small chunks|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh cilantro||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Coriander||1 Teaspoon (Adjust To Taste)|
1. Mix potatoes, lemon juice, cilantro and salt in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle with coriander powder and mix well. Enjoy as a snack.
