Mans ki kadhi recipe for a yummy lamb curry cooked in yoghurt gravy. This very easy lamb curry is a hot favorite with most Indians and you are sure to love the authentic Indian flavor and taste that goes in to make this Mans ki Kadhi a real delicacy.
Ingredients
  Leg of lamb 1 Kilogram
  Ghee 100 Gram
  Cumin seeds 5 Gram
  Hing 1 Pinch
  Boiled onion paste 100 Gram
  Garlic paste 50 Gram
  Yoghurt 400 Gram
  Besan 50 Gram
  Red chili powder 5 Gram
  Turmeric 3 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Green chili 8
  Coriander seed 10 Gram
Directions

PREPARATION:
THE LAMB:CLEAN, DEBONE AND CUT INTO 1”BOTI.
THE CUMIN;BROIL AND PWD HALF THE SEEDS
THE YOGHURT;WHISK ADD THE BESAN,TURMERIC ,REDCHIILI.PWD,MIX WATER AND WHISKWASH AND CHOP GREEN CHILLIES ,CORIANDER SEED.
COOKING:HEAT GHEE ,ADD CUMIN SEEDS,HING,ADD THE LAMB ,BHUNNO, ADD THE OINON PASTE, BHUNNO.THEN ADD WATERCOOK UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER.NOW ADD THE YOGHURT MIX,BRING TO BOIL ,REDUCE THE HEATCOOK TILL THE GRAVY IS THICK,ADD CUMIN PWDAND GREEN CHILLIES. ADJUST SEASONING
